2. REFUND POLICY

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging including all accessories and the authenticity card.

How to Request a Return To initiate a return, email us at hello@sesenem.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items Items that have been worn, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging are not eligible for a refund.

Defective Items If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@sesenem.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
