About Sesenem
Sesenem is Meneses in reverse. A name worn backwards. A vision worn differently.
Born between two horizons.
We are a family from Porto with roots in Luanda. Two cities separated by an ocean, connected by the same light — the kind that hits differently when you know where you come from.
Sesenem was built on one idea: that eyewear should say something about who you are without saying a word. Not loud. Not obvious. Just right.
We don't follow trends. We follow instinct.
Every frame in our collection carries a name — a place, a sound, a feeling. Aliados. Foz. Francesinha. Kuduro. Mussulo. Kwanza. Six frames. Two cities. One vision.
Each one chosen deliberately. Each one worn with intention.
This is a family project.
Designed and built by the Meneses family in Porto. Every decision — from the frame to the packaging to the name on the temple — made by people who care about the details because they wear them too.
We are not a corporation. We are not a dropship store. We are three people who believe that quiet confidence is the rarest thing in the world, and that the right pair of glasses can be part of how you carry it.
Porto gave us the granite. Luanda gave us the soul. The Atlantic gave us the perspective.
Crafted between two horizons.
