Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take? Orders within Portugal take 3–7 business days. Spain takes 5–10 business days. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Is shipping free? Yes — free shipping on all orders within Portugal.
How do I track my order? Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email with your CTT Expresso tracking number.
Can I change or cancel my order? Contact us at hello@sesenem.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to help.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging including the authenticity card.
How do I return an item? Email hello@sesenem.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days.
When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Are the frames unisex? Yes — all Sesenem frames are designed to be worn by anyone.
Do the frames come with UV protection? Yes — all frames include UV400 protection.
What comes in the box? Each order includes your frames, a leather case, an azulejo microfiber cloth, a certificate of authenticity, and a handwritten founder's note.

Where is Sesenem based? We are based in Porto, Portugal.
What does Sesenem mean? Sesenem is Meneses in reverse — our founder's family name worn backwards. A name that looks different depending on how you see it.
